My order shipped fairly quickly, but then it sat in a depot for an extra day which pushed delivery out by a day. Not a huge deal, but I was tracking it closely. Customer service was polite when I enquired about the delay. Overall, I'm happy with the products and the price, just wished shipping was a bit smoother at the end.
